Klein serves as panelist on Skanska webinar

Meta Team CEO, Candace Klein, recently served as a panelist on Skanska’s Spring 2022 Construction Market Trends Webinar Series. Klein joined Skanska Project Executive, Mark Pasciuto, and Sika VP of Marketing and Inside Sales, Bill Bellico, for a discussion titled Project Collaboration to Mitigate Supply Chain Issues.

The session highlighted the importance of collaboration and communication amongst all project partners on the new 42-story Insignia by Hilton being constructed at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Engaging the product manufacturer and the contractor in weekly meetings has helped to manage expectations and limit disruptions.

With roofing material shortages still plaguing the industry, Klein praised the collaboration by noting that,

Together, we explore all the variables that affect the project so we can make sure we have a great outcome.
